A few days ago, our company technician went to an environmentally friendly customer to repair a filter, mainly because the 3HP magnetic pump in the filter was broken and could not work. Our technicians went to the scene and found that the pump head was damaged due to the idling of the magnetic pump and the pump head had to be changed. In fact, it is the second time that we have repaired this customer for this reason, and each time it is due to magnetic idling damage. Because of many repairs, customers complain about the poor quality of our products.
In fact, we all know that magnetic pumps can not be idling, but according to customers, their operation is correct, so why is there always magnetic pump idling? Then the air rotation of the magnetic pump is discussed, and it is found that it is the magnetic field structure of the magnetic pump. Because their magnetic field filter and magnetic pump are directly connected together, there is no reservoir in the middle, because the magnetic pump flow rate selected by the customer is 500L/min, but the customer filter pressure water flow rate is insufficient 500L/min, the pump pump empty pump causes pump damage. We have installed a storage tank under the filter, also known as the liquid level controller, to control the water level of the pump, maintain the long-term water volume of the pump, and avoid further damage to the pump due to cavitation erosion of the anhydrous magnetic pump.
So why can't the magnetic pump be idled? the reason why the magnetic pump can not be idled:

1. The magnetic pump cannot be idle because the magnetic cylinder of the magnetic pump is cooled by a medium, which will cause the magnetic bottle to hang if the air rotates.
2. The bearings of magnetic pump rotors are mostly made of cemented carbide and lubricated by media. If there is no lubricating oil, you can't pump.
3. Because there is no material to cool the pump after idling, it is possible to burn through the diaphragm sleeve directly.
4. The core components of the magnetic pump are the external magnetic assembly and the internal magnetic assembly. If idling, the core components will be demagnetized at high temperature, and the performance of the magnetic pump will be greatly reduced after demagnetization.
