1. First clean up the surrounding environment of the magnetic pump and sort out enough space for follow-up maintenance.

2. Check the connection of the motor, wire and power supply, check whether the impeller rotates flexibly, avoid jamming or abnormal noise, and check whether the fasteners are loose.

3. The rotation direction of the motor needs to be the same as that marked by the magnetic pump.


4. Try running for about 5 minutes to ensure that there is no anomaly before formal use. Before running, pay attention to filling a certain amount of liquid into the pump to avoid idling.

5. monitor the parameters of the pump in the running state, pay attention to whether the pressure fluctuation is within the standard, the flow rate is avoided to be too low, and the low flow rate may lead to insufficient cooling and abnormal temperature rise.

6. in the running state, pay attention to that the current value of the motor can not exceed the rated current, and the temperature of each part of the pump should also be in the normal range.

7. If the pump produces abnormal sound or jitter, it is usually caused by cavitation and bearing damage. If necessary, check the pump after removal.
