Fluorine-lined high temperature magnetic pump


Fluorine-lined high-temperature magnetic pump is a brand-new magnetic pump designed according to high temperature conditions on the basis of classical fluorine-lined magnetic pump. The whole series of flattening uses the high temperature resistant fluoroplastic PFA, imported from Japan to redesign the structure of the parts, which strengthens the overall strength of the rotating parts, makes the design thicker and heavier, and meets the harsh conditions of high temperature conditions. The over-current parts of Tenglong high temperature magnetic pump are all made of imported PFA material to transport all kinds of high temperature and strong. 
Corrosion, granular medium. High temperature magnetic pump is a kind of non-contact moment transmission through magnetic actuator (magnetic coupling) to replace dynamic seal with static seal, so that the pump can achieve safety and no leakage.


Increase the life of high temperature pump: 
1. When the pump shell is started, when there is no pressure at the outlet, do not blindly increase the speed to prevent premature damage to the shaft or bearing. 
2. Because the pump shell runs at high temperature, the piping should be equipped with hinged support during cold installation to prevent piping displacement after heating up. 
3. The coupling must be thermally corrected after the pump body is heated to avoid additional torque during operation.


High temperature safety: ultra-high temperature resistance of over-current components, increased retention strength in the capital, effective reduction of grinding temperature rise, strong magnetic energy of high-row magnetic tiles. 
Four core accessories: 
1. The shell: the fluorine lining is smooth and clean and will not be deformed.
